A raw vegan paradise, Ma… and The Seeds of Life is an upscale French restaurant that has mastered the art of delicious, all natural cooking – you won’t find a trace of dairy, seafood, gluten or processed food here. A literal hidden gem, Soland is notorious for its discreet location on the third floor of Gilman’s Bazaar, and its strict no-waste policy which is enforced by its pre-reservation system. Here you’ll be served a hearty, reasonably priced purely vegan home cooked meal from the daily set menu which typically consists of soup, a generous main and juice or smoothie.
