Athleisure and designer fans alike will delight in the latest chapter of adidas and Prada’s ongoing collaboration, which blends luxury and sustainability into sleek sportswear. The new adidas for Prada Re-Nylon collection features 21 pieces made with eco-friendly Re-Nylon, a groundbreaking textile created with recycled plastic waste from oceans and textile fiber waste.

The innovative material is a fitting evolution of the iconic nylon Miuccia Prada first tinkered with in 1984, when she dared to make nylon a focal point of the fashion house, and in turn, created some of fashion history’s most beloved and coveted parkas, shoulder bags and bucket hats.

The best thing about Re-Nylon is that it is infinitely recyclable with no loss of quality, which is why it has literally become woven into Prada’s sustainability efforts.

When it debuted in 2019, Re-Nylon was launched with the promise that the entire Prada production would shift from virgin nylon to Re-Nylon by the end of 2021.

The new collaboration with adidas not only fulfils that promise but initiates a new beginning for the Italian fashion brand, blending Prada’s expert craftsmanship with adidas’ hallmark sportswear innovation.
For the first time in the collaboration’s history, the adidas for Prada Re-Nylon collection encompasses luxurious ready-to-wear, accessories, bags as well as a new take on the iconic Adidas Forum sneakers in a low and high top design.
